Our amenities may be limited, but we have the best prices in town and we proudly hold the distinction of being the sole RV park located less than a mile away from the university. With our prime location just across the street from Safeway, we offer unparalleled convenience and easy access to all that Tucson, AZ has to offer.

We prioritize your comfort and convenience. That’s why each RV site is equipped with essential amenities including water, sewer, and electricity hookups, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. With spacious accommodations, most of our sites can accommodate RVs up to 40′ in length, providing ample room for your home on wheels.
